These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and TreoCast ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the TreoCast application, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use TreoCast on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business, and "you" refers to the business.
TreoCast is a cash flow forecasting tool. It builds 13-week cash flow forecasts from financial data that you enter, upload, or import from connected services such as your bank (through Plaid) and QuickBooks Online (through Intuit). Forecasts, scenarios, and categorizations are estimates built from that data. They are provided for planning purposes only.
TreoCast does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or legal advice. Forecasts can be wrong, and past activity does not guarantee future cash flows. Decisions you make based on TreoCast output are your own responsibility. Consult a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the security of your sign-in method, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices and plan limits are shown at checkout and on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals, and you keep access through the end of the period you paid for. Except where required by law, payments are not refundable.
When you connect a third-party service to TreoCast, you authorize us to access and store the data that service makes available in order to provide our features, and your use of that service remains governed by its own terms:
You can disconnect a service at any time from within the application. When you disconnect QuickBooks Online, we revoke our access tokens and you may choose to delete the imported data.
You agree not to:
You own the financial data you bring to TreoCast. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that data solely to operate and improve the service. Our collection and handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data as described there.
The TreoCast application, including its software, design, and content we create, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other intellectual property except the limited right to use the service.
We work to keep TreoCast available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend the service for maintenance. Third-party outages, including bank, Plaid, or Intuit outages, can interrupt data imports.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that forecasts will be accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You may stop using TreoCast and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 3, 8, 9, 11, and 12, survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will give you notice, for example by email or an in-app message, before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If you have questions about these Terms, contact us through the support channels in the application.
